Yes! All Morro plans include premium, secure cloud hosting (deployed on Google Cloud Platform) with unlimited bandwidth and free SSL security certificates. You do not need to buy separate hosting.
Morro routes all checkouts directly through your own Stripe account. The money from customers goes straight to your Stripe balance, and you can withdraw it to your bank account anytime. Morro takes 0% platform transaction commissions.
For basic one-way order alerts (Starter plan), notifications are sent for free via Morro's official system number. For the interactive 24/7 AI chatbot that chats with buyers and takes orders (Growth plan and above), you will connect your own official WhatsApp Business API account.
You decide. In Copilot mode the AI only drafts things (discount vouchers, custom page designs, price matches, supplier orders) and nothing goes live to your store until you approve it with one button on the dashboard. If you're busy, Autopilot mode lets the AI run it automatically. You can switch modes anytime.
