Cendrawasih Technologies LLC and PT Cendrawasih Permata Integra ("Morro", "we", "us", or "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services (the "Services").

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways, including:

  • Personal Data: Name, email address, phone number, and billing information when you register as a merchant.
  • Merchant Customer Data: Data belonging to your customers (end-users) that passes through our platform to facilitate orders and communications. We process this data strictly as a data processor on your behalf.
  • Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interactions with the platform, collected automatically to improve our services.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Morro utilizes advanced AI systems (such as Google Gemini) to provide core platform features. By using the Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Data you input, including store configurations and customer queries, may be transmitted to our AI partners for processing.
  • We strictly configure our third-party AI integrations so that your data is not used to train their foundational models.
  • We process AI interactions to execute tools on your behalf securely, maintaining strict data isolation between merchants.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
  • To process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
  • To respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
  • To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

5. Third-Party Integrations

Merchants may optionally connect third-party services — such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console — to enhance their Morro experience. When you enable these integrations:

  • OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens) issued by Google are stored securely within your merchant account to enable ongoing access on your behalf.
  • Analytics and Search Console data (such as traffic reports, search queries, and page performance metrics) is fetched on demand from Google's APIs and displayed directly to you. This data is not stored, logged, or retained on Morro's servers.
  • When you interact with Morro's AI agents, relevant web analytics data may be retrieved in real time to inform their responses. It is used only within your active session and is not persisted.
  • Morro requests read-only access scopes only. We do not write data to your Google Analytics property or Search Console account.
  • You may disconnect a Google integration at any time under Settings → Integrations, which permanently deletes the stored tokens from your account.
  • Google's own collection and processing of your Analytics and Search Console data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and API Terms of Service.

6. Data Security & Storage

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. While we strive to use acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR or UU PDP), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.
