Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Morro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Morro platform, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Cendrawasih Technologies LLC and PT Cendrawasih Permata Integra (collectively, "Morro", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you ("Merchant", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of Services & Account

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Artificial Intelligence Features

Our platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to assist in managing your store, writing content, and interacting with your customers.

• Content Liability: You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content (including product descriptions, marketing emails, and customer service responses) before it is published or sent.
• Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI systems can produce inaccurate or unintended results. Morro is not liable for business losses resulting from AI actions or outputs.
• Customer Interactions: When using the AI Chatbot feature, you agree to inform your customers that they may be interacting with an AI system.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Morro allows you to connect optional third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to your merchant account.

• By connecting a third-party service, you authorize Morro to access that service's API on your behalf using OAuth tokens issued by the provider.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected third-party data complies with the provider's own terms of service and applicable law, including Google's API Terms of Service.
• Morro requests the minimum permissions necessary for each integration and does not store or retain the underlying data fetched from third-party services beyond your active session.
• You may revoke any integration at any time via Settings → Integrations. Morro will permanently delete the stored access credentials upon disconnection.

5. Prohibited Content & Goods

You may not use Morro to sell goods or services that are illegal in your jurisdiction, or in the jurisdiction of your customers (e.g., illegal under Indonesian law). This includes, but is not limited to: counterfeit goods, unauthorized pharmaceuticals, adult content, and illegal weapons.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to certain Services requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your storefront. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon giving reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cendrawasih Technologies LLC and PT Cendrawasih Permata Integra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law

For merchants based in Indonesia, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For international merchants, these Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Cendrawasih Technologies LLC.
